Destiora is operated by Ginovate LLC. This policy applies to our website, authenticated application surfaces, customer support interactions, and subscription workflows that link to this policy.

If you use third-party services through Destiora, including Stripe or map providers, their privacy practices also apply to information they collect directly from you.

Account information: email address, password hash, name, optional profile photo, nationality, residence, and profile preferences you provide.

Trip and planning information: trip names, itinerary content, saved places, invitations, notes, collaboration activity, and trip feedback.

Product activity: searches, views, saves, clicks, recommendation interactions, anonymous session identifiers, optional user identifiers, and operational telemetry.

Subscription and support data: plan status, billing evidence, consent records, and support requests. Payment card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored by Destiora.

We use information to provide, secure, and improve Destiora.

This includes account authentication, trip collaboration, subscription management, fraud prevention, abuse monitoring, support, and service reliability.

When enabled, we also use your activity signals to personalize recommendation ranking and related product experiences. Recommendation personalization can be disabled from your privacy preferences.

Destiora uses automated systems to rank destinations, personalize recommendations, and present safety-related context. These systems may use destination content, interaction history, trend signals, and external safety-related data sources.

We do not use your personal information to train a general-purpose foundation model. We use your in-product interactions to improve your experience inside Destiora when personalization is enabled.

Safety scores and recommendation outputs are informational and decision-support in nature. They are not guarantees, and users remain responsible for travel decisions.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate Destiora, comply with law, protect rights, or with your direction.

Service providers may include infrastructure, authentication, communications, analytics, payments, and mapping vendors. Examples include AWS, Stripe, and mapping/location providers used by the app.

Future B2B reporting is designed around anonymized and aggregated intelligence rather than disclosure of individual user identities or trip histories.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain records, enforce agreements, investigate abuse, comply with law, and satisfy legitimate business needs.

Different data categories may have different retention windows. For example, operational analytics may have shorter hot-storage windows than billing evidence or long-term aggregated archives.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

You can review and update account data, trip content, and privacy preferences from your account surfaces where available.

You can disable optional analytics and recommendation personalization controls. You may also request account deletion or a copy of your data by contacting privacy@destiora.com.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, including access, deletion, correction, or objection rights. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Destiora may be operated and supported from the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed outside your home jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected through an updated version or date and, where appropriate, additional notice in the product or by email.
