Getting Started

How Destiora works when you first arrive.

What does Destiora help me do?
Destiora helps you discover destinations, understand safety context, compare options, build shared trips, and, on Navigator, turn saved places into a working itinerary.
Why does onboarding ask about my travel context?
Your travel profile helps Destiora calibrate recommendations, traveler-specific safety context, and planning surfaces around how you actually travel.
Where should I start if I want to plan a trip quickly?
Start in Discover to find places, save them to a trip, then use PlanHub to organize the trip with dates, companions, and itinerary tools.

Plans & Billing

What each plan unlocks and how billing works.

What is the difference between Explorer, Voyager, and Navigator?
Explorer covers discovery and baseline safety context. Voyager adds deeper decision support, ranking, grouping, and more planning room. Navigator adds execution features like itinerary generation, smarter planning help, and priority support.
How do I switch plans or manage my billing?
Use the pricing page to start, change, or manage your subscription. Destiora routes free-to-paid upgrades and supported plan management flows from there.
Why might I see pricing localized for my region?
Destiora can show pricing in a localized context to make comparisons easier. Billing and checkout behavior still follow the pricing flow presented at checkout.

Trips & PlanHub

How to manage trips, collaborators, and saved places.

How do I create a trip in PlanHub?
Open PlanHub, create a trip, then start saving places into it from Discover or place details. Once places are in the trip, you can collaborate and generate itinerary help from the trip board.
Can I delete a trip after it is created?
Yes. Trip owners can now delete a trip directly from the PlanHub trip card using the delete action and confirmation dialog.
How does collaboration work on a trip?
Trip owners can name up to two co-planners. Owners and co-planners can invite collaborators and generate itineraries, while collaborators can add places, leave notes, and plan together from the shared trip board, subject to the trip owner's plan limits.
Can a trip be public or private?
Yes. Trip owners can control trip visibility from the trip board. Public-readonly trips can be viewed without editing, while private trips stay visible only to members.

Safety, Privacy & Account

What Destiora's signals mean and how to manage your account.

What do Destiora safety scores mean?
Safety scores are decision-support signals that help you compare places and travel context. They do not guarantee safety outcomes and should be used alongside your own judgment and live conditions.
Where do I manage privacy and data-sharing preferences?
Use the Privacy & Data tab in your profile to manage analytics, personalization, anonymized B2B reporting, data export, and account deletion controls.
How do I update my profile photo and account details?
Your profile page lets you update personal details, upload an avatar, manage travel preferences, and review plan-related account controls.
Where can I get help if I need more support?
Navigator includes a priority support workflow in your profile. For general product help, use this Help Center first, then move to the relevant plan, profile, or trip surface.
Still need a hand?
Start with the relevant product surface, then use plan-specific support when available.
